  1. Sure did work for me.. My problem was affecting ALL access to the internet on my PC, although the router is clearly working fine (all wireless devices have no problem). Had also replaced the cable to the PC from modem. Anyway have flushed and reset where I could AND done the solution 2. Your solution came to rescue for me. Thanks Sarvesh.

  2. Hello thanks a lot.. It worked.. Even for a slow internet connection … You know how to make internet to faster? Plz tell us.. And oh step 2 worked for me.

    Thanks

  3. Dyou think you could translate these instructions for people with less than capable computer skills? None of the words you’re using have meaning to me alone or in context

  4. i am still not able to resolve the issue. My Microsoft edge works but IE , Firefox and google crome do not work.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET is the message when I try to access internet via crome.

  5. Thanks for making this tutorial. It works but on my version of windows I had to right-click on the command prompt and use the admin command prompt. This worked once I figured out that extra step. I have been trying to get my adapter working on my desktop for a long time.

Thanks! It is up and running.

  6. Amazing, the second solution worked for me. I spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support from my ISP last night with no solution. They finally told me to swap out the modem today and try again. That didn’t work. Now, how do I fix my android tablet which is doing the same thing? My internet was down the other day and when it came back on all my devices were having the same problem. Why did this fix it?

  7. Neither worked for me :(

My problem is that I only get this error when connecting to open WiFi networks which I need to access via a web browser. Seems a cross-browser problem

  8. when i type ipconfig /renew i get this message

no operation can be performed on ethernet while it has it’s media disconnected
no operation can be performed on local area connection* 2 while it has its media disconnected

    I’m having issues via wifi
