- First of all, launch the Dialer app on your device.
- In the Dialer app, copy paste the following code:
3. This will open a new Menu. Tap on Battery Information.
That’s it. The new dialog box will show you the exact temperature of your device.
If the temperature of your device is over 50°C, then your device is certainly overheating and you should take the device to HTC service center as soon as possible.
